A. WHAT IS Digital Guitar Tuner?
====================================

DGT (Digital Guitar Tuner) is a freeware Windows software, which let's you accurately tune your guitar using direct input or microphone. Now a new version 2.3 is available for downloading. Now it features 27 tuning types!

Features: 

- High accuracy (uses 16 bit / 44100 Hz input!) 
- You can tune guitars with no signal output (through microphone) 
- 27 different tuning types (standard, lowered, dropped, open tunings, Hawaiian etc.) 
- Modulation of root frequency
- Tuning with midi tones 
- Nice and simple environment

B. MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

 - 166 MHz Pentium or equivalent
 - Microsoft Windows 95, Microsoft Windows 98, Microsoft Windows ME, Microsoft NT 4 SP4, Windows 2000 or Windows XP
 - 32 MB application RAM
 - 5 MB free hard disk space

C. INSTALLING Digital Guitar Tuner

Installing Digital Guitar Tuner is as easy as running dgt230.exe and following 
usual instructions. Uninstaller is included.

E. REMOVING Digital Guitar Tuner
====================================


To remove Digital Guitar Tuner:

1. Click Start, go through Program Files/Digital Guitar Tuner and choose Uninstall
2. Follow the on-screen instructions.

or 

1. Point to Settings, then choose Control Panel.
2. Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
3. In the list, select Digital Guitar Tuner, and then click the Add/Remove 
   button.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
